What are peptides? People ask me this every single day so here's a short explanation.

Yes, I utilize peptides every single day - they are part of my wellness routine.

While I was being dramatic in the video and there may not be a peptide for EVERYTHING, there are peptides that can help with many things from weight loss and building muscle to skin health and inflammation and so much more.

Some people have chosen to steer clear, and some people have jumped all in(like me). Whatever your position, one thing you can not deny is that peptides play a huge role in health and wellness now and will continue to in the future.
