Ada's Cafe is a non-profit, social enterprise that hires, trains and empowers adults with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. We hope to improve the lives of our employees through work in our cafe and kitchen and by engaging with members of our community. Ada’s is committed to creating great food and bringing people together, even during the on-again, off-again shut dowsn and hi

storic pandemic. Ada's Cafe at the Mitchell Park Community Center is about to celebrate its 8th anniversary in 2021. Our motto has been, and continues to be, "Where Good Food and Community Meet." Pre-pandemic, Ada's Café was available for Catering events for every type of celebration or gathering from small dinner parties, cocktail parties, themed events and banquets for up to 400 guests. We had a very loyal following and hope that we will be able to resume that aspect of the business when it is safe for our guests, clients and our employees. At Ada's, we're serving more than just great food! We are building community, fostering understanding and giving the most marginalized members of our community an opportunity to belong and be provided an opportunity to develop their skills and earn a living.
