Dear Friends & Loyal Patrons,

All good things eventually come to an end and it is with great sadness to announce that the time has come to close our doors. Mandarin Roots Restaurant is permanently closed as of December 31, 2022.

We are truly thankful and so fortunate to all our customers and employees who have supported us all these years. Thank you all for a wonderful 24 years of business. It has been our pleasure to serve you the best Chinese Food we can make. We will miss you!

We are happy to announce that Mandarin Roots has re-opened as of Tuesday, June 9th, 2020. We are now accepting Take-Out ONLY orders until further notice! We are also partnered with DoorDash for all delivery orders. (No Dine-in)

Mandarin Roots is chef driven restaurant looking for service-oriented individuals dedicated to the excellence of hospitality to join our team.

M/R is a small plate restaurant geared towards a fast pace. Chef Aaron Lilleland provides ingredient-driven dishes in a comfortbale enviornment with lots of positive energy.

Mandarin Roots is in need of strong willed and able bodied cooks to provide the high volume restaurant with consistency and efficiency.

Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill.

LINE COOK Responsibilities include:
compensation for line Cook: D.O.E. ($18-22/hr)
employment type: full-time / part-time

-Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef.

-Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service.

-Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

-Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Experience in a full service restaurant is desired. Must have a flexible schedule.
