As they were leaving, they looked at me and said:

“See you at the window.”

Yep… my line. 🤣🫶🏼

Something so simple made me smile from the inside out.

It’s funny how the little things can brighten your day a little more.

Thank you to everyone who supports us week after week. We truly appreciate every order, every kind word, and every visit. Some of you have become familiar faces, and we even know our Dasher by name now. ❤️

Guys, we’re closing early tonight! 🌮❤️

We are officially out of all meats. 😳

The last few months have been busy, but the last few days have completely caught us off guard. We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown Fronteras. 🙏🏼

If your food hasn’t been quite up to our usual standards these last few days, we sincerely apologize. We’ve been running at full speed trying to keep up, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We live in Alaska, where hiring good people is hard enough regardless of their ethnicity, much less trying to convince all my cousins to move up here. 🤣

And yes, this is in fact a taqueria. A taqueria is a place that specializes in tacos, which is exactly what we do. We never claimed to be a full-service Mexican restaurant offering lengua, nopales, menudo, tamales, gorditas, papusas, breakfast, and everything else under the sun.

Y el nopal lo cargo en la frente. 🌵🤣

Also, your suggestion to hire “Spanish folks” is a little confusing. We never claimed to be from Spain. If you meant Mexican employees, we already have Mexicans working both shifts.

We’re blessed to stay busy, our customers keep coming back, and we’re proud of what we’ve built. We focus on making great tacos, not hiring people based on ethnicity.

We’re looking for a Line Cook and an Assembly Team Member to join our crew!

⏰ Shift Hours:
Tuesday–Saturday
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

🔥 Line Cook — $16–$19/hour

Pay depends on experience and skill level.

If you’re a total kitchen baddie and can handle a rush without breaking a sweat, we’ll pay for it. 💪🏼🔥

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Works clean and efficiently
✅ Takes pride in their food
✅ Can keep up when the tickets start flying
✅ Doesn’t need constant supervision
✅ Shows up ready to work

🌮 Assembly Team Member — $15/hour

Responsibilities include assembling tacos, burritos, bowls, and other menu items, ensuring orders are accurate, and helping keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

⚠️ Please be advised: Night shift is BUSY!

This is not a position where you’ll be standing around waiting for customers. We stay moving from the moment we clock in until the moment we clock out. These positions are for self-motivated people who enjoy working hard, staying productive, and being part of a fast-paced team.
