We don’t just add cookie dough… we turn the whole ice cream into a chocolate chip cookie. 🍪

Doughin’ It Right starts with chocolate chip cookies baked from scratch in our kitchen. We blend those cookies right into our sweet cream base, then add all the classic spices that make a great cookie.

And because apparently that wasn’t enough cookie… 😏

We fold in chunks of our house-made edible chocolate chip cookie dough.

Our So Good It’s Cinnful is back at all three locations. This is a cinnamon roll deconstructed into an ice cream. Absolutely delicious if you’re a fan of cinnamon rolls. Here for the fall season.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Pioneer Pizza. Pizza and ice cream go so well together.

I read a report last year from Alaska Public Media that said Alaskans consume more ice cream per capita than any other state — about 3 gallons per person, per year.

I’d say that sounds pretty accurate for my house. 😂

We wanted to do our part to help get those numbers up, so we partnered with our friends at Big Dipper Homemade Ice Cream.

Gold Rush ice cream is back for a limited time. This cookie butter ice cream has chunks of biscoff cookies with swirls of house made caramel throughout. It’s is available at all three locations in scoops and pints.

New flavor alert!! Our pumpkin roll ice cream, Rolling Into Fall, is here. We start with sweet cream base and add in browned butter and spices. After the ice cream is freshly made we fold in our house made pumpkin rolls and cream cheese frosting. This will be a limited run but is available in scoops and pints at all three locations. We hope you enjoy.
