Over the past few days, we’ve seen many discussions in local Palm Coast Facebook groups about restaurant inspections, violations, and warnings across Flagler County.

We feel it’s important to also share that there are restaurants that meet all health and safety standards with zero violations and zero warnings.
We are very proud to say that Schnitzel Time is one of them. Cleanliness, food safety, and strict hygiene standards are not just requirements for us – they are part of who we are.

This is also the perfect moment to say thank you to our Food Manager & Head Chef, Angela. Her daily attention to detail, organization, and commitment to following every rule ensures that our kitchen and restaurant always meet the highest standards.
