We’re still on cloud nine from all the love and support we felt at our Sendoff Tuna Tasting! 🍣❤️

Seeing so many familiar faces come together to celebrate the end of an era at the place we’ve called home since 1992 meant more to our Ebisu family than we can put into words.

And a special shoutout to our DJ for keeping the energy going and making the sendoff feel like the celebration it deserved! 🎶🙌

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a bite, raised a glass, and made one of our final days in this space so memorable.

35 years of memories in this location… and we’re just getting started. ❤️

The Ebisu family, standing outside the place we’ve called home since 1992.

For more than three decades, these doors have welcomed generations of families, first dates, birthdays, celebrations, regulars who became friends, and countless memories we’ll carry with us forever.

Closing this chapter is definitely bittersweet, but thankfully, this isn’t goodbye. 🍣❤️ We’re only moving across the plaza, into a bigger and better space where the next chapter of Ebisu begins.

And to everyone who came out yesterday for our farewell tuna tasting and helped us celebrate the end of an amazing era: THANK YOU. We were beyond grateful and honestly blown away by the love and support you showed us. It was the perfect way to send off a place that has meant so much to so many people.

Since 1992, you’ve been part of the Ebisu family. Now it’s time to make some new memories together.

Since 1992, this little corner of Palm Beach Gardens has been home to Ebisu. For more than three decades, we’ve shared countless meals, celebrations, friendships, and memories here.

As we close the doors to this location and prepare for the next chapter of Ebisu, we couldn’t leave without one final cheers with the people who made it all possible, our incredible team and our community.

And we’re not quite finished yet… 🍣
