At Southern Cypress Bistro, our commitment to farm-to-table dining begins with the quality of our ingredients and the relationships we build with local producers.

We are currently looking to expand our network of farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and agricultural suppliers throughout the Space Coast and surrounding communities.

Some of the products we are interested in sourcing include:

• Fresh Chicken Eggs
• Duck Eggs
• Locally Raised Beef
• Fresh Seafood
• Locally Raised Pork

These are just a few of the ingredients we are looking for. If you produce or supply something you believe would be a great fit for our kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

Supplier Requirements: All potential suppliers must have the appropriate Agricultural License and USDA Certification, as specified by our chef.

We value the opportunity to support local agriculture, showcase seasonal ingredients, and create meaningful partnerships with those who share our commitment to quality.
