🍨 Soft Opening Update 🍨
We are not opening this Saturday.
The shop still has finish work, and approvals. We will not scoop until the room, the product, and the paperwork are right.
New target: Saturday, September 12.
Thank you for waiting. The ice cream is already in the pints. The shop just has to catch up.

🍨 Soft Opening Update 🍨
We’ve pushed our soft opening to Saturday, August 29th.
Still finishing the last details (like this hallway flooring work), then inspections and DBPR/FDACS approvals. Once those clear, we open the doors.

Soft opening starts August 15 at Jatski’s Ice Cream in Palatka.

We’re getting ready to serve small-batch hard ice cream made on-site, custom milkshakes, and pints to go. If you’ve been wondering how to say the name, it’s “Yeah-tski.”

Almost. We’re putting the finishing touches on the shop now and look forward to welcoming you soon at 3701 Crill Ave.

Test fitting the 3 compartment sink in the production area. We're finishing up hanging the drywall now.

It was a lovely day today to feed my plants, so it brought to mind how I am looking forward to feeding Palatka's craving for Ice Cream! We will keep you posted as the Journey continues, Get out there and enjoy this lovely Spring weather!!

Shout out to Danny of The Purple Donkey Soda Shop over at Flagler Beach- if you're in Flagler, be sure to stop in and try out their treats- they have everything from Hard Ice Cream, Soft Serve, dirty sodas, even huge Sub Sandwiches! Why the shout out? Today's his birthday and yesterday- he hooked us up with a killer deal on this merchandiser freezer for our new shop- which now resides in the soon to open Jatski's Ice Cream in Palatka.
