Today marks seven years of nylos being open. It’s been an incredible ride. None of this would be possible without our incredible guests who have given unwavering support throughout the years; and especially through Covid and now these fires. And I must thank Katerina Tualemoso, Mathew Hernandez, Robert Vafaie, Mike and Yadranka Gordic, Athena Medina, Luke Hupp, and Tommy Talbot for their tireless efforts to make this thing work as well as it has. You guys are amazing.

Most importantly I must thank my wife and partner Paulina Solyn!! Without her help, love, support, guidance and hard work none of this would be possible. My kids, Bella, Alice, Eleonor and Meir are the light of my life and the reason I work so hard. You 4 make my life incredible and give me so much purpose. I love you beyond words.
