Clean and bright was the unforgettable first impression when I visited Iceology Shaved Ice Company and it just got better and better from there. Spotless inside and spot on customer service from the young lady taking care of those inside. I had no idea what I wanted before hand as it was my first time there and my beautiful companion was selecting some old fashioned candy until it was our turn.
I grew up where candy bar malts and shakes were invented. I know the family that manufactures the the dairy queen machines and I can point out the exact spot where the first batch of mix was invented. I have personally authored thousands of monthly daily flavor calenders for a frozen custard restaurant chain and I have produced hundreds of gallons of fresh frozen custard and scooped a lot of frozen deserts. Commercial ice cream never comes close to what we made fresh in store. I worked for a great group of franchise owners. They had three restaurants and a mini at the Iowa Speedway . This clean little place in Pahrump, Nevada had this Butter Burger University alum paying attention! The ice cream was definitely fresh and properly handled and was nothing you could get from the grocery store. For a minute I thought I was back in the Midwest and boy was I impressed. Thank you for the absolute best real ice cream I've had during my 15 years in Nevada and I'm sure the shaved ice is even better. Working for
Culver's takes and creates pretty high standards. I had lessons from the best, Craig Culver and was so blessed by him inviting me to his Wisconsin home and from my standpoint your rural Nevada shop is knocking it out of the park!
