To AI, or not to AI, that is the question
Here is a cool pic generated using ChatGPT using the actual photo below it. While we try to always use actual pics, it gets difficult to keep taking new photos of people’s actual food in poor lighting on the truck while trying to provide fast service and reusing photos gets your posts limited by Facebook. AI can be a wonderful tool to provide cool content without spending hours using expensive programs to achieve very similar results. As for the “stop using AI because we fought to keep data centers out of here” argument, I hope you realize that most of the data centers are not creating pics for common people but are actually used to track everything you do on your phone, computer, and in everything you do in store and otherwise. This information is used to build a personal profile on you so that companies can use that data to sell you more stuff. It goes a lot deeper but I digress. The point is, you have been fed “fake” images of food products in print and TV ads for many, many years before AI was even a thing. So please don’t blame all users of AI that are just trying to take one more thing off their very crowded plate of things to do. Running a small business without a bunch of people in a corporate office somewhere doing all the work for you is not easy.
Please share your opinions AND this post AND by the way, we will be open on Wednesday the 23rd of September, in our usual spot, 1381 Hwy 372, Area 51, across from the Dollar Tree. We invite you to come see the food for yourself and get this… you can even taste it!
