It's National Pizza Day!!! What a great fake holiday! Going to work on the chicken crust buffalo chicken pizza today and make some cheese dough pizzas to go along with it. Mmmmm!!!
And on a non-keto note, here is this week's pull from the lilikoi vine. It's going to take a LOT of tequila to get through all of these.

Today's keto dishes are: Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers with stuffed mushrooms, Swedish meatballs with sour cream sauce and steamed broccoli, and Polish sausage baked with sauerkraut and zucchini au gratin.
And I even had some help with the paperwork while figuring up the macros. Ha

Zucchini is the new potato. Lol

So. . . it looks like I'll be offering Keto-tarian meal delivery starting in January. From Pahoa through Hilo. I'll offer single meals that will fulfill approx. 50% of your daily keto diet, and also 100% daily multiple meal and snack bundles. PM me if you're interested, and please tell your friends!
