Simple ingredients, done right. Our delicious Bluegrass Burger is made fresh and packed with the kind of flavor that keeps you coming back for another bite.

Come get one at BBQ on the River in Paducah! Find us across from Doe’s by the white gazebo. We’ll be serving all three days, September 24–26th, from 10 AM–10 PM.

BIG EVENT. LITTLE LOCAL BURGER TRAILER.

It was a pretty chill summer.

Just us.
Our little black trailer.
A few busy nights.
A whole lot of burgers.

Then BBQ on the River showed up.

And suddenly…

👀 WOW. THIS GOT REAL.

The little black trailer is now surrounded by BIG. BIG. BIG. Food Trucks.

Big smokers.
Big rigs.
Big crowds.
Big event energy.

And us?

“Yep. Okay. We got this.” 😂🍔

Because here’s the thing:

We don’t have a giant menu.

We don’t have a giant trailer.

We don’t need to be the biggest vendor on the river.

We have one burger.

The Bluegrass Burger. 🍔

And we do that one thing really, really well.

Keep it simple.
Do one thing.
Do it well.

That’s us.

We’re the little local burger trailer that spent the summer serving our hometown, and now we’re throwing our little trailer right into the middle of one BIG event.

So come see what happens when the little guy meets the big guys. ❤️

Catch Ya Got Beef? early at the Farmers’ Market because we bring breakfast specials!

Our past specials have been.

🌯 XL STUFFED BREAKFAST BURRITO
Sausage, fluffy eggs, crispy hash browns, shredded cheddar & our signature Comeback Sauce, stuffed into a big tortilla and grilled golden on the flat top.

🥐 BACON, EGG & CHEESE CROISSANT
Crispy bacon, fluffy egg & melty American cheese piled onto a buttery, flaky croissant.

These two will be available in rotation at the Farmers’ Market, so breakfast may change from week to week — but if you catch us out early, there’s a good chance we’ve got something worth getting out of bed for. 😏
