🚗🎸 Entering Cars & Guitars — Important Update

First, we want to say thank you again for the incredible turnout and support at our May event. The amount of cars, spectators, and community excitement was overwhelming in the best way, and we’re so grateful for everyone helping this event grow.

With that turnout, we also learned a few things. To help manage traffic better and keep the event safer and more organized, we’re making a few changes for the Cars & Guitars - June 20th, 2026 show!

🚗 Show cars will enter the event space from Broadway only.
Please follow event staff as you arrive. Staff will help direct you into the event space and guide you toward parking.

📝 Registration forms will be handed out as you enter.
Once you are parked, please fill out your registration form and return it to the Registration Booth at the Gazebo.

💵 Registration is $5 per show vehicle.

⏰ Gates will open at 3:00 PM.
We ask that show cars do not try to enter before 3:00 PM so our vendors, music artists, sponsors, and staff have time to safely finish setup before vehicles begin entering the event space.

Thank you for your patience, excitement, and support as we continue improving Cars & Guitars. We’re working hard to make this event smoother, safer, and better for everyone while keeping the same community energy that made the first one so special.
