🚴‍♀️🛣️🎉 DID YOU KNOW PACIFIC IS THE FINAL STOP?! 🎉🛣️🚴‍♂️

We are SO excited and honored that Pacific has been chosen as the FINAL STOP for Big BAM – Bike Across Missouri’s special Route 66 Centennial Ride! ❤️

And for many of the riders, their adventure will actually begin right here in Pacific!

🚴 September 4 — Many riders will meet at the Pacific commuter lot, load their bicycles onto buses, and head out to begin their Route 66 adventure.

🚴 September 10 — After days of riding the Mother Road, they will make their way back to PACIFIC as the final destination of the tour! 🎉

Riders will be stopping by the Historic Red Cedar Inn, and many of those who started at the commuter lot will return there no later than 3 PM.

Big BAM is about so much more than riding a bicycle across Missouri. Their mission includes working with local communities and organizations to introduce cyclists from across the United States and beyond to the beauty, natural spaces, history, and wonderful communities that make Missouri special.

And we LOVE that Pacific gets to be part of that experience! ❤️

The riders have been so excited and appreciative that Pacific has welcomed them, so we want to make sure they experience some of that famous Pacific hospitality when they get here!

👋 If you see riders around town on September 10, give them a wave, say hello, and WELCOME THEM TO PACIFIC!

Some will be sticking around town for lunch and exploring a little before heading home, too. Let's show them what makes our community so special!

How fitting is it that during the 100th anniversary of Route 66, cyclists will be traveling historic Route 66, taking in the scenery, history, small towns, and relics of the Mother Road—and their journey will lead them right here to Pacific! 🚴‍♀️🛣️❤️

We are incredibly honored that Big BAM chose Pacific as the final stop of this special Centennial ride, and we can't wait to welcome the riders!

Our BAKER has arrived to refill our goodies. We are fully stocked on cookies, gluten-free cakes, and carrot cake.

Mushroom, bacon and Swiss?
Definitely the smoked cheddar for me. 🔥🔥

After much debate, we couldn’t settle on a single burger the month for the next burger.
So we’ve decided to do two different burgers
First will be -Bacon, mushroom, and Swiss.
And my pick Bacon ,smoked cheddar, mushroom.
Both will feature my very own Huntsman style, sautéed mushrooms. 
Both will also come with fries. I am prepping for them now. Should be able to have some ready to serve by 5:30. $16. Includes burger and fries. I will have some pictures shortly
