Edo Bites Open at Palisades Village edo is the newest creation of chef Edoardo Baldi, who also owns e. baldi Ristorante and edo italian baretto in Beverly Hills.

With the recent opening of edo, his aim has been to recreate the smells, art, and love of some of his favorite childhood foods.
