We apologize for the lack of posts and updates. Due to delivery delays for certain machines and the postponement of our baker's arrival until mid-July, we have decided to open—hopefully—on Saturday, August 1st.

We are pleased to announce that
has now been resolved. We can move forward. Thank you again to the professionals who are supporting us and helping us through this unexpected challenge.
We can't wait to talk to you about food!

Hello everyone, thank you for your patience and continued support.

Work is progressing well; we are currently focused on replacing the flooring and painting. All the plans are nearly complete. The contact cards have arrived 🤩 something we’ve been eagerly awaiting! We also received a lovely surprise from someone who chose to remain anonymous. Thank you so much for this gesture .
We will certainly keep you updated on the next steps of the project.

Thank you for your patience and support. We’re having a bit of trouble setting up the Maison Iris page... but the renovations are progressing well. We’ve removed part of the flooring at the front of the shop and cleared some space for the renovations. Many more changes are still to come!!

Thank you for your support and your patience. A chapter has closed, marking the end of a 30years history born from a baker’s dream and his love for this magnificent city. Today, a new chapter begins, written together with you under the name Maison Iris.
Driven by a desire to keep this establishment alive a place that, for many, has become an icon of the city, we aim to preserve its authentic character while infusing it with our own creative world and fresh, youthful vision.

We invite you to join us on this adventure by following us on our main social channel Instagram. There, we will share every step of the renovation process and the birth of Maison Iris.

Dear customers, neighbors, and the Pavel’s Bakerei community,

After 25 years of loyal service, Paul & Johanna have passed the torch to us.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the warm welcome you’ve given us, especially to those who joined us last Saturday.

We’d like to remind you that we’ll be closed tomorrow And in the coming days, but we’ll be back stronger than ever!
We’re currently preparing for our official opening, scheduled for early July. In the meantime, we’ll be organizing events and look forward to inviting you to them very soon.
