We are a unique, contemporary Latin-American dining experience located on the historic square in downtown Ozark. Our chefs combine flavors from a number of Latin countries with our own local flavor to create a very fun and eclectic menu. We are locally owned and operated but we also employ a ‘local-minded’ business plan: our chefs work closely with Missouri farmers and ranchers to obtain the highe

st quality, freshest ingredients to use in our recipes. Whenever possible, we like to source our ingredients from our friends, right here in the Ozarks at natural and organic farms. All of our dishes are hand-made, in house, from scratch using traditional methods. Our attention to detail will catch your eye, but our secret ingredient (LOVE) can only be tasted in the food and felt in the atmosphere. At Iguana Roja, it is our goal to serve our guests fresh and delicious food in a warm, comfortable atmosphere with the best service the industry has to offer. We continually educate our staff about food and beverage in order to maintain our standards for excellence, but also to exceed our customers’ expectations. It is with heavy hearts that we must share that our beloved server, Kayla Nicole Cudworth, passed away on June 1, 2025. She was the very definition of kindness and will be missed greatly by us here at Iguana Roja as well as by her many regulars.

You were truly one of a kind Kayla, we will miss you. ❤️
