I am concurrently offering a second custom-made oven, mounted on a trailer, for sale to interested buyers. It is noteworthy that the oven is quite heavy due to the firebrick, but it can be towed by my 4 Runner.

Are you sure you don’t need a wood fired oven? It’s cool to be hot when it’s 97 degrees outside and the indoor oven isn’t fighting against the air conditioning because you have a wood fired oven in your yard. Just saying!

I have two ovens and one of them has to go! Will you be the lucky one?

This is how we roll after making 60 plus pizzas last night. There was a chance of rain so we put the tent under the awning after everyone left rather than driving back into town. It came in quite handy! Remo wanted me to thank you all for coming! She quite enjoyed everything you all dropped on the ground!

Some folks ask us what we do with leftovers when we have pizza events. This particular event was a work day at NEWFFA. Pizzas were donated to folks who come work on the farm for the day. Sometimes we make a stir fry with all the toppings. If you think about it, pizza toppings are the perfect mix! Mushrooms, onions, garlic, peppers of all kinds, and then whatever meat is leftover. In the future, we will be posting work days at NEWFFA with the wood fired pizza allure. Lots to do! And everyone is welcome! Stay tuned!
