Okay… THIS is why I don’t need to go anywhere else for lunch.

That focaccia is perfectly toasted and buttery, with that little bit of crunch on the outside while still being soft enough to soak up all those flavors. Then you get the tender roast beef, melty provolone, sweet caramelized onions, roasted red pepper sauce, and fresh peppery arugula—that combination is seriously dangerous.

The caramelized onions and roasted red pepper sauce give it that sweet, savory richness, while the arugula cuts through it just enough to keep the sandwich from feeling heavy.
