Lost Pizza Co. Oxford is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our management team!
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, works well under pressure, and knows how to lead a team and take ownership of the kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing kitchen staff
• Scheduling and handling shift coverage
• Training and developing employees
• Maintaining food quality and consistency
• Managing food and labor costs
• Inventory and ordering
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently
Restaurant/kitchen management experience is preferred, but we’re willing to talk with anyone who has strong leadership skills, a great work ethic, and wants to grow with us.
