I’ve gotta confess something, guys.
I’ve been quietly running a research study for the last four years and you’ve all been participating. 🔬
When I started working at Bodega I noticed that some sandwich names seem hard for people to pronounce, meaning they were ordered less frequently. So, I began offering them as specials under different aliases, seeing if simpler pronunciation made them more appealing. 🕵🏻♀️
Suddenly, underperforming sandwiches sold like crazy. Turns out you love our established sandwiches, they just need friendlier names.
Without further ado, allow me to reintroduce the Muffalata.
