🚨Customer Alert 🚨
We want to make everyone aware of an issue that has unfortunately become more common recently. We have seen an increasing number of delivery orders arriving with food missing, and in some cases, entire orders have been taken before reaching the customer.
To help protect your order, we have started stapling and will soon seal all delivery bags whenever possible. When your order arrives, please take a moment to check that the seal is intact and that all items are included.
If you believe any food is missing or your order appears to have been tampered with, please:
• Report the issue immediately through DoorDash or Uber Eats
• Contact Viet Alley either through phone call or message us at 256 499 7646 and let us know what happened, including any photos if available.
• Let us know the driver information when possible so we can report the incidents and the driver, and help prevent future problems.
We understand that times can be difficult for many people, but taking food that belongs to someone else is never acceptable. Our team works hard to prepare every order correctly, and our customers deserve to receive everything they paid for.
For the best experience and lower fees, we encourage customers to place orders directly through our website and pick them up in person whenever possible.
