Swipe to see this weekend’s dinner specials and the new dinner menu. We are tweaking how we run dinner menus (again) so come in and enjoys this week’s specials while you can. They will be different next week. But our salads/bowls, and handhelds will stay solid for you throughout the month of August.

Did you know that before opening Sanctum, Anna practiced for a little over a decade as a pediatric speech therapist specializing in orofacial myofunctional therapy? So for an extra $2 the next time you are running late to work but still need to grab a coffee, she’ll write you a note to give to your boss from your “therapist.” We ‘ll keep it vague on what kind 😘

Guess what’s on the rack today????

Posting and thinking about bagels yesterday got me hankering for my absolute favorite Sanctum Bagel! The Cajun Bagel! Warm flavors that give a little lip tingle without being spicy 🤤

Hand rolled. Baked fresh daily. Good chew on the outside without being a dense brick, or so huge you can’t eat it. Our bagels; it’s what we are known for!

Ask me what I’m proudest of with Sanctum and see me stumble over my words. There’s so much I’m proud of. On that list, and towards the top, has to be the bagels!

When the original chef quit before construction was even finished, I was left to figure out how to get Sanctum open and running with no background in commercial kitchens or baking. Not one to back down from a challenge, I literally and figuratively rolled up my sleeves, bought an online class, and learned how to make bagels!

I’m finding it’s one of the hardest jobs to let someone else take over. I feel deeply protective and very picky over the process. I hope you can tell when you taste one.
