🍂 THE 2026 CARROLL COUNTY TO***CO FESTIVAL MAP IS HERE! 🍂

We’ve got a full weekend planned for Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th, and this map will help you find your way around Point Park and all the festival fun!

🐔 Chicken Bingo will be held on both Friday and Saturday at different times throughout the weekend. Times will be announced during the festival!

🐐 Carter’s Critters Petting Zoo will be set up for the entirety of both Friday and Saturday.

🌽 Co****le Tournament will take place Saturday after the parade.

🍗 Jacob’s Rubbin Butts BBQ Chili Cookoff on Saturday!

🎡 Derby City Amusements will be bringing the rides and games and will be running on both Friday and Saturday!

🤼 PWA Wrestling will have one show on Friday and another show on Saturday.

🏎️ Soapbox Derby — not shown on the map — will take place Friday night on Fourth Street Hill. Registration begins at 5:00 PM and racing starts at 6:00 PM.

🚘 River Rod Run Car Show will be Saturday from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM in the lower lot coming down Fourth Street Hill downtown, near the Riverwalk.

🎆 Fireworks Show will light up the sky Saturday night at 10:00 PM!

🇺🇸 The To***co Festival Parade will pull out at 1:00 PM Saturday, traveling its usual route through town and down Main Street, but this year it will continue on and end at Point Park instead of stopping downtown.

We are also incredibly honored to have General Spicer, a 97-year-old war veteran, serving as our Grand Marshal, along with the Kilroy military vehicles joining us for the parade. ❤️🤍💙

And of course, while you’re at the festival, make sure you stop by and enjoy all of our food trucks, musicians, promotional tent, vendor booths, Silent Auction & Raffle, and our Beer & Wine Tent! 🍔🎶🛍️🍷

There is so much happening throughout the weekend, and we can’t wait to see everyone there!

Thank you to everyone who took part in Sweet Owen Day. I know a lot of work goes into making such a great event. It seemed like everyone was having a good time despite the heat. Looking forward to next year.
