Galbitang is an iconic stew made with Beef Short Ribs that are put through an extensive cooking process to ensure the flavor and tenderness are just right. Simmered in its own broth for hours, along with leeks, Korean Radish, and garlic until tender, then placed in a stone bowl with rice vermicelli glass noodles, and garnished with green onion.

Slippery, wok-tossed Yumamie noodles and chicken breast tenderloin fired in a rich, savory chili miso glaze. Tossed with sweet red bell peppers, garlic and onions, then finished with crisp scallions. The perfect balance of umami and just the right amount of heat!

These noodles were born out of a late-night kitchen experiment meant to bridge the gap between traditional comforting street-food stir-fry and the intense, addictive depth of modern ramen bars.
The name "Yumamie" is from the exact moment the dish was perfected... A culmination of undeniable "Yummy!" combined with the heavy hit of deep, savory Umami.
