New week, new specials! Sugar Maple Cafe will be open this week Wednesday through Saturday, 9am-8pm. In addition to our regular menu, come check out these specials:

☆APPLE CINNAMON PANCAKES: Two fluffy pancakes layered with apple cinnamon filling, drizzled with a caramel sauce, served with breakfast potatoes; $15
☆BREAKFAST BOWL: Breakfast potatoes topped with scrambled eggs, taco seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, diced red onion, a shredded cheese blend, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream; $16
☆GARBAGE PLATE: Tater tots topped with macaroni salad, baked beans, hamburger, BBQ pulled pork pork, a hot dog, a shredded cheese blend, and Alabama White BBQ sauce; $18
☆TACO SALAD: Salad mix topped with taco seasoned ground beef, a shredded cheese blend, tomatoes, diced red onion, salsa,and season sour cream, served with a side of Southwest ranch dressing and corn chips; $18
☆CHICKEN SPIEDIE SANDWICH: Marinated smoked chicken thighs, sliced and served on a hoagie roll with Alabama White BBQ sauce, served with a side of baked beans; $15
☆CHEESEBURGER MAC & CHEESE: Macaroni pasta, chopped burger, tomatoes, and arugula, tossed with our house made beer cheese sauce; $18

STRAWBERRY FEST IS THIS WEEK! 🍓🍓🍓 We'll have SPECIAL MENUS Friday night when Sugar Maple Cafe will be OUTSIDE (no dining room Friday or Saturday) 4pm-8pm.

Saturday we'll be outside AGAIN with BREAKFAST 8am-10am and LUNCH/DINNER 11am-4pm? 5pm? OR whenever we run out of food!

If you missed the specials last week, you have TWO days this week to try them out! We're open regular hours Wednesday & Thursday, 6/17 and 6/18, 9am-8pm. Hash & Breakfast Bowl are available until 2pm:

⭐SPECIAL HASH: A sauteed mix of hot Italian sausage, roasted eggplant, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and potatoes; $7
⭐BREAKFAST BOWL: Breakfast potatoes topped with scrambled eggs, house made chicken andouille sausage, peppers, onions, beans, shredded cheese blend, seasoned sour cream, and salsa verde; $16
⭐CHICKEN & RHUBARB FRUIT SALAD SPECIAL: A bed of mixed greens topped with grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted rhubarb, strawberries, Gala apples, mandarin oranges, and goat cheese, served with a side of Green Goddess dressing; $18
⭐COTTAGE PIE: Ground beef, onions, carrots, and peas in a rich, brown gravy, served with mashed potatoes; $18
⭐CITRUS SALMON WITH A MANGO SALSA: Baked citrus marinated salmon on a bed of coconut rice & beans, topped with a mango salsa; $22

Today we closed early due to the reunion event and to pay respects to a friend who has passed. Thank you for your understanding while we were closed.
