💗 Goodbye, July! Welcome, August!

What a busy day! Our very last order of July was a large catering order for a customer’s gathering. A perfect way to wrap up the month! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who supported China Wok Owasso throughout July. Every order, every kind word, every recommendation means more to us than you know.

A few days ago, after several customers asked for it, we decided to add bean sprouts to our fried rice. Some people love them, while others prefer fried rice without them—and that’s completely okay! Everyone has different tastes.

We still have about half of our fresh bean sprouts left, so if you’ve been wanting to try fried rice with bean sprouts, now is the perfect time! 😊

Once this batch is gone, we won’t be ordering more for now. However, if enough customers continue asking for bean sprouts in their fried rice, we’ll gladly bring them back in the future.

As we welcome August, we wish you and your family good health, happiness, success, and plenty of delicious meals to enjoy.

Last week, I asked everyone what “authentic” fried rice means, and I really enjoyed reading all of your comments. 😊

One suggestion kept coming up…

Bean sprouts!

Quite a few customers said they love bean sprouts in fried rice because they add a fresh, crisp texture. That got me thinking… why not give it a try?

We’re receiving a fresh shipment of bean sprouts this Friday. Because bean sprouts are very perishable, I’ve always been careful about keeping them in stock. I never want to serve vegetables that aren’t fresh.

This weekend, we’re testing fresh bean sprouts in these dishes to see what everyone thinks:

🥢 Pork Fried Rice
🥢 Beef Fried Rice
🥢 Shrimp Fried Rice
🥢 Vegetable Fried Rice
🥢 House Special Fried Rice
🥢 Yangzhou Fried Rice

If our customers love it, we’ll consider making bean sprouts a regular ingredient in these dishes.

If you’d like bean sprouts added to the fried rice that comes with your Lunch Combo or Dinner Combo, just let our phone operator know or leave a note when ordering online.

As always, every order at China Wok is cooked fresh after you order. If bean sprouts aren’t your thing, just let us know—we’ll happily leave them out.
