Hello MiKasita Fans! I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving! I was blessed cooking for my family & friends and we feasted, for its absolutely my favorite holiday. I love making new dishes and traditional ones.. This year I experimented alot with brussel sprouts, green beans & mushrooms and surprisedly no complains from the non veggie eaters (win win for mom 😎) Also successfully made my own homemade quiche, another win. ✌. I will admit not to many fans on the brussel sprouts & asparagus with balsamic vinegar. 😕.
