The 2022 BBQ season has come to a end at the 2nd annual Boo B Que double competition some of the best teams in the nation competing. Greg, Travis and team put on a great contest. Brought home some hardware and some cash.

After last year of health and family issues that prevented us to compete much, we got out to the Olathe BBQ Championship to see if we remembered how to compete. With 71 teams and a ton of top teams we managed a 13th in Chicken, 3rd in Ribs, 5th in Pork and 20th in Brisket for overall of 5th Place. Just like riding a bike, cook went smooth and easy. Congrads to Joe Pearce (Slaps) for Grand and Richard Fergola for Reserve.

After several months off was able to get out and compete at Gardner, KS at the Smoke on the Trail BBQ comp near home. Not bad results with the time off.

3rd Pork ( 1 9 instead of a 8 score and would have got a 180)
23rd Brisket
8th Overall with a 698.77, getting closer to that 700 pin
