Good Morning H/O!! BreakingNews!!! I am retiring. Pie In The Pines Bakery is closing April 30th. BUT will be reopening with a new baker June 1st. I hope that you will all be as supportive with the new Bakery as you have been with me. It have been my pleasure to bake for you all these past 2 and a half years.

Good morning H/O!! Just a heads up for the NEW SPRING/SUMMER HOURS for Pie In The Pines Bakery . We will be OPEN Wednesday thru Saturday 8am until 12(noon). Starting April 1st. I know the hours are a little shorter. Last summer we suffered through 100 plus degrees in the afternoon at the Bakery. Sorry Im not looking forward to doing that again. We had swamp coolers but to run them non stop is just not cost affective. Most of our business is in the mornings anyway. I hope this doesnt inconvience too many of you. See you Wednesday!!

Good Morning H/O. Get your coat on and come on down to Pie In The Pines Bakery we have fresh giant chocolate strudel, beautiful crossants and big cinnamon rolls today. And as always its Chicken Pot Pie Saturday. I will have hot out of the oven Sour Dough in 25 min (jalapeno cheese and regular) get it while it lasts.
