Happy heavenly birthday to José Espinoza. He would've turned 40 years old today. There isn't a day Jose is not missed by all our family and we are sure, our customers miss him as well. We are beyond proud of you for doing what many choose not to do. Despite all the challenges you faced growing up, you did it!!! Your dad is very proud of you from where ever he is, I'm sure. We know every one has been patiently waiting on us to get back to work. There has been some set backs due to lack of personnel. We have been struggling to find a bilingual (cashier/waiter/helper) that is willing to work full time. For this reason, we will be running the restaurant with only Spanish speaking people until further notice starting Tuesday next week. We appreciate your patience and hope everyone could be a little understanding that this things are beyond our hands. Jose understands some English, enough to understand your orders. Please be patient with him and his workers. Any mistreatment to him or his workers will not be tolerated. We appreciate your business. Hope to see you guys Tuesday May 13 at 11.

A year has passed since we lost our brother already. To this day, we have been unable to fill his position in the restaurant successfully. He's greatly missed. If anyone is interested in his position, come talk to the boss at 1119 e. Main st to talk about the job he needs filled. Preferably bilingual help.
