"The Orecchiette Quattro Formaggi was thick and creamy. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were combined to make a delightful meal.

We also tried the Caprino e Pistachi. The goat cheese provided a rich taste and the garlic, pistachio sauce was a complex profile of flavor.
