With 5 years behind the bar at Court Street Pub, Jesse has built his bartending style around two things he loves most: bourbon and entertainment. His approach to bartending is “A little bit of craft, a little bit of chaos.”

For Jesse, bartending isn't just about making a drink; it's an experience. From the cocktail itself to the conversation, comedy, and interaction that comes with it, his goal is simple: make every customer leave laughing, feeling taken care of, and already wanting to come back for another round. When it comes to competition, he's ready to prove that a bartender from a sports bar can stand toe-to-toe with anyone in town. He wants to show that creativity can come from the most unexpected places.
