As the owner of Pizza Time, I strive to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Our establishment aims to foster a family-like atmosphere, with our staff being an integral part of this environment. However, if a customer consistently expresses dissatisfaction with our service, food , or wait times, and creates a hostile environment that affects our staff, including causing emotional distress, we reserve the right to request their departure. This decision is not taken lightly and is distinct from instances where we acknowledge mistakes and take corrective actions. Unfortunately, a recent incident involving a young lady who was reduced to tears was the culmination of a pattern of behavior that necessitated action. I don't typically feel compelled to comment, but in this case, I felt it necessary to address the situation. I extend my appreciation to our loyal patrons who appreciate our efforts and enjoy our pizza.
