So we soft opened this week as the espresso machine is not in place yet (it's gone to the spa for a facial & new gaskets//this was suggested after 9 months of storage;
take time to do this now, instead of after we're full steam & it might really slow us down) Blaine & I are running it by ourselves at 1st, with the help of grandkids who are amazing, so we are opening limited hours for the 1st 2 weeks until school gets out. Current hours are 7-3 Monday thru Saturday. The Lord, who said yes to our dream gets Sunday...& GRATITUDE we are at a loss for words to explain, Thank You JESUS!!! Hi Everybody! Guess we all figured out what they are doing at the old Otis Joe location...we tried hard to relocate in the area but options were so limited. We sure do miss you all and serving your coffee! We are very close to closing on a new restaurant project, a little espresso stop we'll be adding grill, oven, & home cooking to. It's 30 some
miles from the old Otis Joe location, I'll be posting as we get ready to open....since they didn't keep our name, we
will be using it again (with a twist) This will be a super fun
place for a get-away, Chef in the Woods with our own lil house band....more soon!
