Woot woot! Huge congrats to Miss Jenny, who started working for me out in the blueberries at just 14, riding her four‑wheeler to work. Then she transitioned to Ironworks and never missed a beat.
It’s hard to know if you’re a good boss, but when someone chooses to keep working with you — not just at the farm, but all year at the restaurant — it makes you feel like you’re doing something right.
I’m so proud of the woman you are and the one you’re becoming.
