If you are a homebrewer, mead maker, avid baker, or just love cooking with local honey, this is perfect for you!
A batch of our local honey reached a higher temperature than we normally allow. It is still 100% pure and absolutely delicious—but because of the extra heat, it likely lost the live enzymes and health benefits required for our standard raw honey.
Because we won't sell it as "Raw Honey," we are offering it to our community in bulk as a "Baker's Grade" batch.
💰 Price: $3 / pound ($158 for a 5-gallon / 50 lb pail - $8 for the pail/lid)
