Dear friends,

With heavy hearts, we must share that Fox and Crow Bistro will close its doors on December 31, 2025.

We didn’t want this, and we are absolutely gutted to close our successful little bistro — but the emotionally distressing circumstances we’ve been forced to operate under for nearly four years are ones no small business owner should ever be asked to endure. Make no mistake: this is not a good thing — not for us, not for our team, and not for Ripon.

We don’t know what the future holds. What we do know, here and now, is that this will be our final season in this building — and potentially the final chapter for Fox and Crow Bistro.

Looking back, we’re proud of what we created together, even in the face of such conditions. In just a short time, Fox and Crow became an award-winning, “Worth the Drive” destination, welcoming more than ten thousand guests each year from across Wisconsin. Knowing that so many chose to make us part of their lives is something we’ll always carry with us.

Thank you for always pulling up a chair at our table. You made Fox and Crow more than a restaurant — you made it matter.

To our team: We love you. Thank you for giving this place its heart.

We know it’s been a little while—thanks for sticking with us! We’re so grateful for the amazing summer season we had and all your support.

While we’re a bit sad to see the warm weather go, we’re also pretty excited to dive into cozy fall flavors and fresh new dishes!

Hi friends,

Just a heads up — new hours + 4th of July update:

We’ve shifted our summer/fall schedule a bit. On weekdays, we’re now opening an hour earlier at 4 PM, and wrapping up by 8 PM. Weekends stay the same — 4 to 9 PM.

We are open on the 4th of July (Friday) from 4–9 PM.
If you’re looking to eat well before the fireworks or wind down after a day on the lake, you know where to find us.

Three years ago today, Patrick and I opened the doors to Fox and Crow Bistro… and somehow it feels like both yesterday and a lifetime ago.

We had no idea what the road ahead would look like, but thanks to our community, our amazing team, and the support of family and friends—we’re still here, growing, evolving, and loving what we do.

This place has become more than just a restaurant—it’s our heart, our second home, and a space we’ve poured ourselves into.

Thank you for being part of it. Whether you’ve dined with us, cheered us on, or just believed in us—your love and support means everything.
