Our dough is made from non-GMO wheat flour prepared fresh every day, hand thrown and fire baked until uniquely crisp. We combine select ingredients like part-skim mozzarella, 100% certified organic tomato sauce, MSG free pepperoni,

and additive free sausage. Even our fresh produce sets us apart...cremini and shiitaki mushrooms, pili pili and truffle oils, Greek olives, roasted onions and fresh heirloom tomatoes. The same holds true for our gourmet salads, sandwiches, and shareables. And our vegan and gluten-free offerings are focused on flavor and quality.
