Thank you to our commercial real estate professional Christine George from “Blue Marlin Real estate”. I was not an easy client but she was great from start to finish. I’ve been very fortunate, my last residential agent Carolyn Botchie from Century 21 was also a rock star.
In the next few months I will take time to thank those businesses and business professionals who have served, helped and guided Dina and I in our careers. Much of our success has been related to those whom we were fortunate to cross paths with for various reasons.
Thank you Christine for the wonderful art work and gift. As I post over the next few months please message me if you’d like more information about people or businesses that have been so great. There have been many and I hope not leave anyone out. These will be thank-yous not discussions. Only positive vibs. I appreciate all the support from my guest and customers over the years and I know these will also.

Thank you Ormond by the Sea for 39 wonderful years! Last night was emotional and bittersweet as we served our last guests and closed the doors on this chapter of our lives. So many memories made, relationships forged, marriages formed and family members "adopted". Our Restaurant and property have sold. As most are aware it had been on the market for over a year. Most of our staff have settled into new jobs as they have been aware of the process, some have stayed behind to help us clean up and move our personal things, its like moving out of a home after 39 years! We have "raised" so many kids from their first jobs into college, marriage and now their kids work for us. They are our family as well as the guests who supported us for many, many years. We will post more in the weeks, months and years to come and see you around OBTS. Our community, staff, guests and vendors have been wonderful. Lots of memories, history and stories to reminisce over. Greg, Dina and the Alfies family.
