SRP is proud to have opened the newest IHOP location, store 36-253, to great success on Monday, January 19, in Lakeland Highlands, Florida!

Almost 100 loyal guests braved a rare, cold evening of 30° weather in Florida to be among the first to experience the new IHOP store on opening day; some arriving as early as 8 pm the night prior. When doors opened at 6 am, guests were rewarded with delicious hot breakfasts and some Grand Opening fun!

Store 36-253 has been several years in the making and is the third IHOP location in Lakeland, FL. Lakeland is the largest city in Polk County, which is often cited as one of the nation's fastest-growing counties in the US, so we are looking forward to the future of this store and the community as they both continue to grow!

Last week, SRP attended ’s Global Franchise Conference in Orlando, Florida. SRP is no stranger to the GFC awards stage, but this year, we were the recipient of something special - the Heart of IHOP award. The award was established to recognize franchisees who deliver on and practice IHOP's brand values every day - from embracing the Month of Giving, to donating breakfast for local community events, supporting team members & guests, and beyond.

This honor is truly a team effort and a testament to our mission of Community Involvement & Passionate Hospitality - two of SRP's Core Values. We could not have earned this award without our stores' dedication to their communities & serving up joy beyond their blue roofs!
