Team Members from Canvas Restaurant & Market, Park Pizza & Brewing Company Lake Nona and the Restaurant Support Center came together last week to make a meal for the guests of the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in Lake Nona. Park Pizza Executive Chef Richard Hernandez curated the menu and prepped the ingredients for Park Pizza GM Crystal McCarte, Sous Chef David Pittelli, Brewery Production Manager Jose Cardenas, Canvas AGM Chase Khoshnou, Sous Chef Julio Quinones and Director of Beverage Jacob Johnson. Kudos to these Team Members for living our values by helping enrich the community we serve.

The fiestas continued at Cañonita with the official 25th Anniversary Party! Influencers, media pros, and community members came together with the The Venetian Resort Las Vegas staff to mark this major milestone with the Cañonita team. Twenty-five years is an impressive fete for any business, let alone a restaurant!

Last week, we unveiled a bold new menu, and VP of Food & Beverage Michael Ferraro teamed up with a local photographer to capture the essence of our exciting new dishes.

Abe & Louie’s has long been Boca Raton’s steakhouse gold standard, but we’re taking it to the next level with sophisticated twists on classics like the baked potato, escargot en croute, scallops Diane, and a show-stealing rack of lamb. They’ve already become crowd favorites!
