For this recipe I added:
5 to 6 chicken tights
1 diced white onion
3 diced sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons sofrito
1 cup shredded carrots and ginger
12 oz diced tomatoes
2 cups bone broth
1 tablespoon each:
Paprika, cumin, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, dried oregano, dried rosemary
3 fresh coriander (recao) leaves
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Sea salt & Black Pepper

Slow Cooker High Setting for 3 hours

☀️Florida Fresh Fruits as High Protein Desserts
Chef Yamira Lee Johnson shared two recipes that are scrumptious, easy to make and packed with Vitamins C,K, potassium. Also, higher fiber, antioxidants, proteins and good fats.

Blueberry Almond Oat cookies

2 bananas
3 cups of organic rolled oats
2tbs Madagascar vanilla
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 to 2 cups of Florida fresh blueberries
1 cup of walnuts
1 tbs each of chia seeds, flax seeds, h**p hearts

Yogurt-Cottage Strawberry Ice cream

1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups Greek yogurt
4 to 5 strawberries
4 soaked and pitted dates
2 tbsp Madagascar vanilla
2tbsp Local honey
1/4 cup Pommegrant juice
1 tbsp each chia, flax, h**p heart seeds
