All this started a few years ago when I saw a couple of movies called "Supersize me", and "Meet your Meat". I learned so much about food, where it comes from, what it does to our bodies, what factory farming does to the planet and I said NO MORE! I'm a mom of two, with a Mexican background so our diet was based on Mexican food, and of cours
e what is convenient for a mom with small children? After learning all the poison I was feeding my daughters I decided not to eat fast food, eat meat, drink cows milk and butter or eat eggs anymore. After doing a lot of research, reading books and going to the library I started cooking everything from scratch!, no more freezer foods, no more prepacked meals,no more hidden preservatives, sugars and transfats therefore no more poison for my family. I also loved baking and experimenting; to my surprise Vegan Baking was sooo easy and delicious, I had a couple of testers willing to try anything new mom made ;) I was so happy and proud of my new knowledge and wanted to share it with everyone so I started bringing baked goods to work and to my surprise everyone loved them! In time my coworkers and friends became my customers, who'd thought making a few small changes, the way you do things and the choices you make could be so rewarding? Now as demand keeps growing, I can proudly say "This is delicious, healthy and cruelty free"......
