OMG, WE DID IT!! Our new website is finally here! Go check it out for all things Gentry's BBQ including:

✔️ Thanksgiving Pre-Orders: We're back to slingin' whole birds, turkey breasts, double-smoked spiral hams, and for the first time ever ... Sides! Everything will be hot & ready for pick-up on Thanksgiving Day at noon!

✔️ Rubs, Sauces & Merch: Our 2 seasonings we use daily, our world championship winning mustard sauce, T-shirts, hats & more!

✔️ We're Hiring! Did you hear the news? We're gonna be slingin' BBQ on the regular inside of the new Hyperbolic Brewing Co in Ivanhoe Village. We'd love to talk to you about our open Kitchen Manager & BOH positions!

Eastern NC pulled pork w/ a hint of our authentic, vinegar-based Roscoe's Mop Sauce. Named after one of my basset hounds, Roscoe P. Coltrain Bowden Gentry, this sauce started the dream nearly 11 years ago!
