Back when we were open, we had the opportunity to bring some of our animals over to Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge—and seeing firsthand the care, passion, and work they put into helping wildlife in our community left a lasting impression on us.

Sadly, we will be closed indefinitely due to an overnight fire. Fortunately, no one was injured, and the Orange County Fire Department promptly extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading throughout the building. We are devastated and will provide an update on a reopening date as soon as we can. We appreciate the outpouring of support and will establish a GoFundMe to assist our staff during this difficult time.

‼️Sad news this morning. We will be closed due to a fire that occurred last night. No one was injured, and Orange County fire department was able to extinguish the fire quickly before it spread to the entire building.
