You didn't come to a Greek restaurant expecting chipotle and Andouille sausage. But here we are — and we think you'll be glad.

The Makedonikas is ground pork and Andouille sausage simmered low and slow in a smoky chipotle-tomato sauce with fresh peppers, onions, and garlic. Rich, bold, finished with crumbled feta over your choice of rice or penne. It's the Course 2 pick for whoever at the table likes things with heat and serious flavor.

Fresh filet mignon, grilled over an open flame with green peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes, served over Greek rice with a dipping sauce on the side. Spanakopita has a way of making everyone at the table happy — and ours is the reason why.
