We have catered events of all sizes throughout Orlando and surrounding cities. We are now expanding our business. We have purchased a mobile food trailer and will soon be serving delicious BBQ in Orlando. We blend the BBQ traditions of the Carolinas, my home, and of Alabama, Brandon's home. The combination is irresistible! Keep an eye out for our opening date and locations. You'll want to try our famous white sauce, not to mention everything else on our menu!

Caro-Bama also has several large items to sell...a 4ft stainless steel prep table $100, a 2 door Traulsen commercial fridge $800, and a brand new SABA 3 Door Commercial fridge fridge $2800 (would make a very impressive beverage fridge in your garage 😂)

Hey everybody, Caro-Bama’s trailer is still for sale if you know anyone interested. It’s a 2012 Freedom trailer. The frame and floor were rebuilt and replaced this year. We are asking $16000 which includes a commercial undercounter fridge and two stainless steel tables inside. It’s fully licensed with the state until April 2020, so it should be easy to transfer ownership and get started right away. The generator is not included in this price but is available for purchase. If you could pass the info along, we would really appreciate it. Our house is set to close at the end of the month, and we really need to move this thing before we head north to Alabama.

After 9 years of BBQ, and after much prayer and reflection, we have decided to close Caro-Bama BBQ. While our business has been successful, and we love our customers dearly, the food industry is quite difficult to navigate with a young family. Our parents and extended family are all in SC and AL, and we plan to relocate to Alabama in the near future. We will miss you all terribly, but we look forward to investing time in our children and having a more family-friendly lifestyle.
Our last event will be this Friday, August 23. We will be at the Conduit parking lot (1001 N Orange Ave) in the North Quarter of Orlando from 11 am – 8pm (or until we sell out). We are so thankful for all of you and would love to serve y’all one last time! Come see us!

This summer, Mama has gotten quite crunchy in the kitchen with inspiration from our friends at (The Healing Homestead) in TN. Our family has had a host of health issues and has found holistic remedies to be a huge help in getting back on our feet. In addition to our organic bone broth and Elderberry Syrup, we are now experimenting with fermented foods and drinks which provide our bodies with natural probiotics. Bone broth (pints/$7), Elderberry Syrup (12 oz/$12.50), fermented cashew cheese and fermented jalapeño cashew cheese (11 oz/$7) are available for preorder for our Windermere Food truck event tomorrow night! @ Orlando, Florida
